Position

We are currently seeking top-notch MBAs interested in a high-impact product management full-time position here at our Mountain View, CA Headquarters. As a Product Manager at Bidgely, you’ll be responsible for owning multiple pieces of our omni-channel product suite. You will shape the company’s future product roadmap and have influence at all stages of the product lifecycle - from new product ideation, through building and launching new products and continuously seeking for product improvements. As a key member of the team, you will be utilizing your outstanding analytical, leadership, strategic and customer engagement skills to deliver the new and innovative products to our breadth of global customers.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the energy market and how Bidgely can play a disruptive role in influencing energy usage across the globe.

  • Understanding Bidgely products in order to influence product development plans and schedules

  • Own a product end-to-end. Succeed or fail, the buck stops with you.

  • Measuring the performance of your product across multiple dimensions like engagement, energy savings and customer satisfaction

  • Creating and maintaining the roadmap of your product and prioritize enhancements

  • Creating hypothesis, develop a strategy to validate them

  • Translating your vision to product requirements and work closely with UX, engineering and customer success to bring those to market.

  • Presenting regularly to the customer and Bidgely stakeholders on the status of the project.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technology, product management, customer success or management consulting.

  • A passion for building great user-facing products.

  • Track record of success delivering products to market and tracking their performance while they are there.

  • Open and highly collaborative mentality with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational, written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

  • A track record of success with large enterprise customers.

  • Ability to look at a high level picture, dive into the details and then carry conversations with stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.

  • Comfortable multitasking on several simultaneous projects.
