Head of Product Marketing


We are currently seeking a superstar to be our Head of Product Marketing, who will be instrumental in helping scale our business as we grow. Reporting to CMO, as well as strategizing with our CEO, you will be responsible for accelerating our growth through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives. This is a highly visible position with room for growth.


  • Responsible for integrated marketing and GTM activities for global sales and marketing efforts around positioning, messaging, product offerings and packaged solutions
  • Develop the marketing strategy and oversee the launch of new products and solutions
  • Oversee and manage industry thought leadership efforts with key industry groups and driving primary research around key market trends
  • Engage industry analysts, media, and community thru social media, publications, white papers and case studies
  • Enable sales with the right toolkits and materials to successfully leverage relationships with key prospects and strategic partners in order to land new opportunities and drive “land and expand” or “upsell” with our customer base to successfully address the business challenges for their organization
  • Produce and manage production of content for various marketing purposes on various channels (email campaigns, web site, webinars, sales enablement etc.)
  • Develop and implement the company’s brand and social strategy
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends
  • Work with Regulatory Affairs team to develop marketing campaigns to support their efforts
  • Lead the strategic partnership enablement strategy by building joint GTM deliverables and create new routes to market to unlock significant client and revenue opportunities


  • 10+ years’ experience in product marketing, or product management roles, preferably at smaller companies
  • 5+ years’ experience working closely with strategic partners and leading the joint GTM value proposition for the broader markets  
  • Experience in energy and utilities vertical is highly desired
  • Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in senior roles across products or marketing
  • Experience working with International sales teams
  • Experience working with analyst firms and leading the category definition and industry positioning  
  • Experience in producing or managing production of content for various marketing purposes on various channels (email, web site, webinars etc.)
  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader
  • Ability to work successfully with various teams to gain traction
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of energy industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
