In this session, Jason McGrade, Deputy Director at SECC, dives into consumer perspectives on beneficial electrification and smart home devices. Pulling from SECC’s latest research, we’ll explore how consumers perceive existing messaging, their reaction to trends in smart home technology, and the ways utilities can use this feedback to create more robust programs.
