What do you find most rewarding about your work?
I really enjoy seeing products and projects go live in the field after months (and sometimes years) of development and seeing the results come in showing that we've achieved a significant outcome. For example, I love to see the effectiveness of customers shifting load and seeing how over time small consumer habits can be nudged to have a big result.
What is your proudest achievement with Bidgely?
Launching our full EV product suite that leverages our industry leading disaggregation to detect EVs and engages customers to optimize their load which both lowers their bills and supports the grid so we can see a sustainable, balanced shift to EVs.
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Seeing the direct impact we can have on people's lives. Whether it is helping them save money, reduce their CO₂ emissions, or just help them build a more trusting and positive relationship with their utility — it's knowing ultimately that we make a difference in their lives, no matter how small.
What's your favorite part about working in this industry?
Seeing the waves of new challenges come in year after year, and figuring out how we can best help our customers address these challenges. The industry is changing very rapidly and I love that we get to take part in that change.
