Relationship with Your Utility
Bidgely may provide its solution through your utility energy portal under your utility’s brand or a joint brand with Bidgely. The personal information you provide on your utility branded or co-branded portal, such as email address, home appliance and demographic information, may be shared between your utility and us and will not be shared with any third-party without your explicit consent.
Log Files & IP Addresses
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. The only personally identifiable information we collect through energy monitors is your IP address, which is used as described above. Your IP address will not be shared with any third-party without your explicit consent, and even within this Company used only on a need-to-know basis.
