This IDC Perspective outlines some of the topics discussed at the ninth IDC European Utilities Executive Summit (IDCUES), hosted virtually by IDC Energy Insights, on October 11 and 12, 2021. For the occasion, IDC Energy Insights introduced a framework to help utilities think of the transformation ahead while balancing immediate challenges and future vision. The framework, leveraged also by other IDC industry teams, is called PRIME.
