Today, across many North American utilities, only a small proportion of customers in fact complete online audits fully and accurately. In this webinar you'll learn how Bidgely has integrated the energy assessment into the customer experience by leveraging customer intelligence from AI and Machine Learning first and delivering personalized experiences that improve: 1) customer program enrollment 2) generate a customized report of energy savings recommendations, 3) capture of information on customers’ homes, and 4) improve customer satisfaction. Watch this on-demand webinar to learn more.

Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) transformed its Home Energy Checkup program from broad-stroke targeting to a precision strategy. Using the Analytics Workbench (AWB), DESC moved beyond basic usage and square footage to analyze disaggregated, end-use data. By layering filters for inefficient electric heat, high “always on” usage, and lighting consumption, they isolated a prime customer segment. This new group boasts an average annual consumption of 25.8 MWh, a dramatic increase from the 15.8 MWh average on previous lists. This session details how this targeted approach aligns specific customer needs with program offerings like smart power strips and LED lighting.

Imagine if you could hire a team member who knows everything there is to know about your customers -- their energy habits, preferences, demographics, history of interactions with your utility, and more. Beyond just understanding your customers at the deepest possible level, consider the possibilities if that team member could also quickly analyze how those customer insights impact utility operations organization-wide, including program participation, infrastructure operations and revenue generation. You’d want that team member to take part in every conversation and meeting in the company.
In this webinar you’ll learn how that additional bench strength is available today to help drive your business forward and make an immediate, meaningful and measurable impact on every aspect of your utility operations: UtilityAI. UtilityAI embodies the artificial intelligence made possible by millions of data points collected via gas and electric AMI and non-smart meters. The result is a utility asset with infinite capability to understand, design, relate, forecast and future-proof operations. We’ll be going through real customer examples of AI in practice from:

Learn how to turn AMI data into appliance-level insight to plan, design, and operate DER programs with confidence.
Distributed energy resources are growing faster than traditional planning models can keep up. EVs, electrification, and behind-the-meter assets are reshaping load — often without utilities having clear visibility into where flexibility exists, where constraints are emerging, or how to respond cost-effectively.
In this on-demand session, Bidgely and West Monroe walk through how utilities are using advanced load intelligence to move beyond assumptions and manage DERs across the full lifecycle — from strategy and planning to program design and operations.
